Dr Avinash Phadnis has over 22 years of experience as a practicing surgeon and is a leading gynecologist in India.  Having trained in Germany and Belgium, he pioneered the concept of IVF treatments in Pune and other parts of Western Maharashtra, enjoying a consistent success rate of between 35-60%. He has assisted in setting up over 60 IVF centers all across India. He has also set up facilities in Bangladesh and Muscat.

Dr. Amita Phadnis, MD, DCH

Dr Amita Phadnis is a Pediatrician and a leading Neonatologist in India, with over 16 years of practice in Pune. She has trained in the field of Neonatology in the United States. She started the first tertiary level Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Pune and for the first time, ventilation for new borns was initiated in Pune. She also initiated neonatal and pediatric ambulance services dedicated to transporting newborn babies and children. Children’s healthcare is her first passion.

Mr. Rajiv Maliwal

Mr. Rajiv Maliwal is an MBA from IIM, Bangalore and a Bachelor in Engineering from BITS, Pilani.  He has over 23 years of experience in managing large businesses in the financial services industry.  He has invested and created liquidity for over US$ 500 m of investments. He successfully led the US$ 229 m recapitalization and restructuring by Sabre Group of Centurion Bank and set up an asset management business - Lotus India, as a JV with Temasek Holdings.  He has led businesses in Asia with Citibank, Goldman Sachs & JP Morgan.  Former Global Head of Private Equity and E-commerce for Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Punit Gupta

Mr. Punit Gupta is an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, France and a Bachelor in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lawrence University, USA. He has 12 years of experience in various leadership roles across different industries in India, Europe and USA.  In his last assignment he was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company in Mumbai/ London where he led strategy, growth and business turnaround projects for clients in Consumer Goods, Retail, Private Equity, IT and Telecom.  He has previous experience in building businesses for Oracle Corporation and Andersen Business Consulting in India and USA.
