If you have insurance or Mediclaim, you need to inform our billing department in advance. Your bill will be settled directly from insurance. If your bill amount exceeds the costs, you will be responsible for the balance amount. We accept cash, MasterCard and Visa as well as a personal cheque. Payment is required before discharge

Driving license, Voter ID card, Passport, Election card, Government employee card, Photo affixed on policy copy and duly signed by insurance company OR Previous TPA ID card Of the patient .  

b) CHILDREN  

Photo ID of school, photo affixed on policy copy duly signed by the insurance company  diagnostic text reports of patient
