O & P has orthopedic doctors on its panel. Orthopedic consultation, surgeries, arthroscopy and knee replacements are few of the services offered here. Orthopedics in pediatrics is also an area of specialty for us. Our pediatric specialists are experts in the physical development of children and know how a child's ongoing growth requires care that differs from that of an adult.
We treat conditions of the foot, hip, leg and spine as well as rare disorders such as fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP). The whole idea is to help children and adults lead normal healthy lives. |

Exercise |
Exercise is good for physical and mental well being even when you are pregnant. If performed under proper medical guidance, exercise is safe in pregnancy and has many benefits. Pregnant women who exercise gain lesser weight and lose it faster after delivery. They tend to sleep better and feel better. Exercise also makes the birth process a lot easier. However, strenuous exercise should be avoided at all costs during pregnancy. O & P’s antenatal program has a special session on the right exercise for you across the various trimesters of your pregnancy. |
