(double occupancy); designed for the ultimate in patient comfort.

The Innova Bed: This is a very comfortable bed which has mechanisms to adjust height of the bed, the position of the back and the knees to ensure maximum comfort to the patient.
Food service trolleys: Food is served in special CAMBRO trays which are designed to keep the food warm

A Nurse Call System for all beds and in the toilet

The Deluxe Room
This is a suite with a special lounge area for visitors and attendants. Sofas, an additional DVD/VCD player and TV, microwave, dining area, music system, special cutlery and crockery and additional attendance are provided. The baby cradle is a delight.

Billing |
|
As a patient at O & P, your bill could include doctor fees, hospital charges like Operation Theater rent, diagnostic charges if you have had diagnostic tests like X rays, blood tests, ECGs or any other service and room and board charges.

The O & P Café is located on the ground floor. It serves great snacks and food and provides a refreshing break. Room service is also available. |

|
Being hospitalized, dealing with illness and uncertainty can be an extremely trying period. Many people need emotional support at this time. Talking to friends, family or even a support group lessens the anxiety and pain associated with treatment. At O & P we also offer spiritual care in the form of spiritual support groups who, with their openness and understanding help patients stay calm and positive in difficult times. |

Hospital Policies |

Use of cell phones
Please do not use the cell phone in patient care areas, consultation rooms, the diagnostic center, the ICUs and OTs. This may disturb critical medical care procedures. Please take care when using cell phones in the room to see that
your patient and the other
patients are not being disturbed. Please keep cellphone sound to vibration mode at all times when you are in
the
O & P hospital.

Safety
Safety is our concern and we are prepared for any emergency and fire. If you hear an alarm, please stay calm and follow staff instructions. Rest assured your safety is our prime concern.
No smoking zone
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the precincts of the O & P Hospital and its outreach clinics simply because health of our patients is our priority. If you must smoke you may use only the designated areas outside the hospital building. |

| Pregnancy and delivery may make you feel a bit out of touch with things. These massage and beauty services will make you look good and feel great.
