Oyster & Pearl has a well formed international patient program for its patients from outside India. Well trained staff co-ordinate and manage your visit to Oyster & Pearl right from medical consultations, hospital admission to travel and hotel arrangements, and interpreters, so you and your family have a comfortable stay. New patients
If you are talking to us or visiting us for the first time, you will have to fill in the new patient form and read our financial policy.

Medical History
We would need all your medical records in English before scheduling an appointment. Our doctor will evaluate your medical records and recommend whether it is appropriate for treatment at O & P. If you require extensive care, a personalized treatment plan will be developed for you.

Payment of fees and charges
Before the commencement of treatment at O & P, you will receive an estimate of fees and charges. You will have to make an advance payment of the entire amount; or if you have any health insurance plan you may be asked to provide the relevant details of that plan. If that plan is accepted by O & P or you have made the necessary payments, you will be required to sign the Patient Financial Policy form. An appointment will then be scheduled for your treatment. O & P will send you an appointment letter with your patient identification number.

	1. An estimate of charges will be presented to you along with your care plan. O & P tries to accurately estimate the costs involved, however, your final charges will depend on actual services received, which may or may not exceed the estimated amount. 2. 100 percent of the estimated charges will have to be deposited at O & P before your arrival. Payments are received only in U.S. dollars. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We do not accept cheques. 3. If the treatment so requires, additional funds will be collected during the course of your treatment. 4. If you are registered under any health insurance program, O & P reserves the rights to accept the same. 5. If there is a credit balance in your financial records, O & P will issue a refund cheque within 30 days of your final statement. All credit card refunds are processed promptly.
